摘要
针对南水北调水源地丹江口库区周边村镇(主要为陕西省商洛市、汉中市和安康市)的生活垃圾填埋现状,依据垃圾产生量和运输半径的测算优化,提出'村收集—镇转运—县干化—市焚烧'的城乡统筹处理模式,并就此模式中转运、干化、焚烧3个环节给出了具体工艺和投资测算。其中,吨垃圾运输成本为1.2~1.5元/km;根据运输距离不同,生物干化预处理技术运营成本为50~110元/t;垃圾焚烧的运营成本为120元/t。
According to the current situation of household garbage landfill in the surrounding villages and towns of Danjiangkou reservoir area(mainly includes Shangluo city,Hanzhong city and Ankang city),which is the water source of the project of south water to north,and based on the calculation and optimization of production and transportation radius of waste,the urban and rural integrated processing mode of'village collection-town transfer-county desiccation-city incineration'was put forward.Meanwhile,the specific process and investment calculation of three links of transport,drying and incineration in this mode were given.And the transportation cost of a ton of garbage was 1.2~1.5 RMB/km.According to the different transportation distance,the operating cost of biological drying pretreatment technology was 50~110 RMB/t.And the operating cost of waste incineration was 120 RMB/t.
