来华留学生预科教育院校(理工类)师资队伍评估方案研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文以教育部指定的四所来华留学生预科教育院校(理工类)的师资队伍相关数据为基础,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、专家咨询法等研究方法,设置师资队伍评估方案的框架结构(含一级指标、二级指标、主要观测点、参考权重和等级标准的评分系统),说明观测点、权重赋值和等级分值的设定依据,并据此构拟来华留学生预科教育院校(理工类)师资队伍评估方案,以备国家对来华留学生预科教育院校测评或预科教育院校自评参考,促进来华留学生预科教育改革与教学质量的提高,推动预科教育的教师发展。 Based on the relevant teaching team data from four(science and engineering) universities designated by the Ministry of Education to provide pre-college programs for international students,and by utilizing the methods of document research,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,and expert consultation,this paper sets the framework for the teaching team assessment scheme(including firstlevel indicators,second-level indicators,main observation points and the scoring system taking into account weight coefficients and grading standards) and explains thereasonable basis for the current observation points,weight values and grading standards.Accordingly,the paper proposes the teaching team assessment scheme of precollege education for international students at(science and engineering) universities,which can be used as a reference for the national assessment or self-assessment of such universities.The scheme may help advance the reform of the pre-college education for international students,improve teaching quality,and promote the development of the teaching team.
