Analysis on Differences of Names in The Collection of Diplomatic Documents of Song Dynasty and Jin Dynasty

中國古人的名字,由於避諱或傳抄刊刻)誤,在不同的書中,甚至在同一部書中,同一個人的名字往往有歧異。《三朝北盟會編》一書中的人名歧異現象就相当突出,通過對這類現象的梳理和比較,考察一些人名歧異的情況,辨析正誤,而對一些難於判斷正誤的人名歧異則謹慎存疑,希望引起文史研究者對中國古代典籍中的人名歧異現象的注意。

In ancient China,due to taboo or errors made in the process of copying or printing,the name of the same person is frequently written differently in different books or even in the same book.This is rather common in the book of The Collection of Diplomatic Documents of Song Dynasty and Jin Dynasty.Through carding and comparison of these phenomena,this article examines the origins of the different versions of names,analyzes the right and the wrong,and doubts the names which are difficult to tell right from wrong in hope that the literature and history researchers will pay attention to the differences of names in ancient Chinese classics.
