摘要
空气污染对于人体的危害是多方面的,主要表现为对呼吸系统、生理机能及认知功能的影响,如记忆功能减弱、动作协调性下降等。目前国内外对空气污染导致心血管疾病或呼吸系统疾病的研究较为成熟。而空气污染对于人脑功能的影响及是否导致阿尔茨海默病(AD)形成是近年来的研究热点,但目前尚处于初步研究阶段。该文结合近年来臭氧、甲醛、PM2.5及甲醛与PM2.5协同效应对AD发生与发展的影响及可能机制进行综述。
The health effects of air pollution is mainly manifested as respiratory diseases,physiological dysfunction and cognitive function,such as weakened memory function and decreased coordination of movement.At present,domestic and international studies on cardiovascular diseases or respiratory diseases caused by atmospheric pollution have been thoroughly studied.The impact on human brain function and whether it will eventually lead to the development of Alzheimer’s disease are hot topics in recent years,but still in primary research state.This review focuses on recent studies on the synergistic effects of ozone,formaldehyde,PM2.5 on the occurrence and development of Alzheimer’s disease,and possible mechanisms of Alzheimer’s disease.
