摘要
目的比较小鼠局部淋巴结试验(local lymph node assay:BrdU-ELISA,LLNA:BrdU-ELISA)和人细胞系活化实验(human cell line activation test,h-CLAT)检测化妆品皮肤致敏性的能力。方法购买市售7种防晒类和祛斑类化妆品,分别按照OECD442(B):LLNA:BrdU-ELISA和OECD442(E):h-CLAT标准方法对样品进行致敏性检测。结果 7种受试物中,LLNA:BrdU-ELISA方法判定4种为致敏阳性物,h-CLAT方法判定6种为致敏阳性物。结论在化妆品致敏性检测中,可以使用h-CLAT方法作为初筛手段,替代部分动物实验。
Objective To compare the ability of the two methods,LLNA:BrdU-ELISA and h-CLAT,to detect skin sensitization of cosmetics.Methods According to OECD442(B):LLNA:BrdU-ELISA and OECD TG442(E):h-CLAT standard methods,the sensitization of seven kinds of marketing sunscreen and freckle removal cosmetics was tested.Results Among the seven cosmetics,skin sensitization was found in four cosmetics determined by LLNA:BrdU-ELISA,and in six by h-CLAT.Conclusion In the test of cosmetic sensitization,h-CLAT method can be used as a primary screening method to replace some animal experiments.
