摘要
目的探讨孕妇孕期尿中对羟基苯甲酸酯类化合物浓度与新生儿出生体重的关系。方法 2017年1—5月,于上海市某妇幼保健院选取248名待分娩孕妇作为研究对象,收集孕妇尿样,采用气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)技术检测孕妇尿中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(MePB)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(EtPB)和对羟基苯甲酸丙酯(PrPB)浓度,并分析其与新生儿出生体重的相关性。结果孕妇尿中MePB、EtPB和PrPB检出率分别为100%,93.5%(232/248)和97.6%(242/248),浓度的中位值分别为0.68、0.38和0.11μg/L。孕妇尿中MePB与新生儿出生体重(g)呈正相关[β=97(95%CI:14~179)],经性别分层后,MePB仅与男性新生儿体重呈正向关联[β=154(95%CI:20~288)]。结论本次调查的孕妇普遍暴露于对羟基苯甲酸酯类化合物,其对新生儿体重的影响不容忽视。
Objectives To assess urinary paraben concentrations of pregnant women during pregnancy in Shanghai and evaluate their associations with infant birth weight.Methods From January to May,2017,248 pregnant women were recruited in a maternal and child care hospital in Shanghai.Spot urine samples were also collected during pregnancy.Urinary paraben concentrations of pregnant women were measured by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).Multivariate regression models were used to evaluate associations of paraben exposure during pregnancy with infant birth weight.Results Median values of urinary MePB,EtPB and PrPB concentrations were 0.68μg/L,0.38μg/Land 0.11μg/L,respectively.Positive associations were observed between MePB exposure and infant birth weight(β=97 g,95%CI:14 g-179 g).These effects were only found among boys based on gender-stratified analysis.Conclusions The participated women are widely exposed to parabens during pregnancy,the potential health effects on child health deserve further investigations.
