上海市市区和郊区二级综合医院经济运行比较分析

Comparative analysis of economic operation of two grade general hospitals in urban and rural areas of Shanghai

目的通过对上海市郊区7所和市区16所二级综合医院2009-2013年经济运行状况的分析,分析其医改后经济运行的趋势以及二者的差异。方法采用历史数据分析法和描述性分析方法,对医院主要的经济指标及其变化趋势进行分析。结果上海市二级综合医院发展平稳,运行效率稳步提高,但职工医疗负担加重,政府投入相对不足,药品收入比重较大。结论应加大二级综合医院医疗财政补贴,根据特点改善资源配置,改善"以药养医",发展特色服务。

Objective To analyze the trend and the difference between of economic operation situation of 7 grade two comprehensive hospital in urban areas between 16 grade two comprehensive hospital in rural areas from 2009 to 2013 in Shanghai. Methods The historical data analysis and comprehensive descriptive analysis is adopted to analyze of 5 years of the major economic indicators of the hospital and its change trend analysis. Results The development of the hospitals is stable and the operation efficiency is improving steadily. However,the burden of medical workers increased,the government investment is relatively insufficient,and drug revenues still account for a relatively large proportion of the total revenues as a result of the inefficiency investment from the government.Conclusion Continue to increase financial investment,improve the level of medical care,strengthen the compensation mechanism,developing characteristic service.
