扁桃体手术患者围术期护理的个性化健康教育分析

Analysis of the effect of personalized health education on the patients with tonsil surgery during perioperative nursing

目的研究和分析在扁桃体手术患者的围手术期护理中使用个性化健康教育的效果。方法选取行扁桃体手术的患者共121例,根据患者入院日期的单双号数分为对照组(60例)和观察组(61例),对照组患者接受常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上联合使用个性化健康教育,将2组患者的术后不同时间点的疼痛程度评分、平均住院天数以及患者满意度进行观察和对比。结果观察组患者术后12、24、48、72 h的疼痛程度评分均明显低于对照组,观察组患者的平均住院时间显著短于对照组,观察组患者对护理工作的满意度、对住院治疗的满意度以及对护理人员的素质评价均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在扁桃体手术患者的围手术期护理过程中,通过个性化的健康教育能够有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,并缩短住院时间,有助于提高患者的舒适度和护理服务的质量,并减轻患者负担,使患者更加满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of personalized health education on the patients with tonsil surgery during perioperative nursing. Methods One hundred and twenty-one cases of tonsil surgery were recruited for our study. In accordance with the odd and even numbers of admission dates,the patients were divided into the control group( n = 60) and the observation group( n = 61). The patients in the control group received conventional health education,while the observation group was given personalized health education,in addition to conventional health education. The pain scores at different time points after surgery,average hospitalization days and patient satisfaction were observed and compared between the patients of the 2 groups. Results The pain scores after surgery for the patients of the observation group at hours 12,24,48 and 72 were significantly lower than those of the control group. The average length of stay in the hospital for the patients of the observation group was significantly shorter than that for the patients of the control group. The patient satisfaction of the observation group with nursing,the treatment during their stay in the hospital,as well as with the qualities of the nursing staff was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion During perioperative nursing,personalized health education could effectively relieve patients' pain and shorten the length of hospital stay,and was beneficial to the improvement of patient comfort and satisfaction,as well as nursing quality. For this reason,it was worth further clinical extension.
