RP-HPLC法测定抗骨增生片中柚皮苷的含量

Determination of Naringin from Kangguzengsheng Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的:RP-HPLC法测定抗骨增生片中柚皮苷的含量。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;流动相:乙腈-水(20:80),检测波长为283nm;流速为1.0ml/min。结果:柚皮苷线性范围10.06～50.30μg/mL。平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=0.8%。结论:方法简便,结果准确。能有效控制抗骨增生片的质量。

Objective:To determine the content of Naringin by RP-HPLC in Kangguzengsheng Tablets.Methods: The determination was carried out with Symmetry C-18column.The mobile phase.consisted of CH_3 CN-H_2O(20:80). The flow rate was 1ml/min and the detective wavelength was at 283nm.Results:The content of Indirubin can be deter- mined by RP-HPLC.The linear concentration ranges of these compound were 10.06～50.30μg/mL.The average recov- eries were 98.8%respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Kangguzengsheng Tablets.
