摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定欢天颗粒中丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量的方法。方法:色谱柱ODS-C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×25cm);以甲醇-水(88:12)为流动相;检测波长:270nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1mL/min。结果:丹参酮Ⅱ_A在0.0528~0.352范围内,线性关系良好。回归方程为Y=3284.8X+8556,平均加样回收率为97.1%,RSD=1.53%(n=5)。结论:所建立的丹参酮Ⅱ_A HPLC含量测定方法操作简便、快速,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于欢天颗粒制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish an determination method of TanshinoneⅡ_A in Huantian Granules by HPLC. Methods:Symmertry C18 column(5u,4.6nm×25cm);The mobile phase consisted of CH_3 OH-H_2O(88:12)and the detective wavelength was at 270 nm.the column temperature was at 30℃and the flow rate was 1mL·min^(-1).Results: The methodological study showed that a good linear correlation existed in the range of 0.0528μg~0.3520μg of TanshinoneⅡ_A.Equation Y=3306X+8975.9.The average recovery was 97.1%and RSD=1.53%(n= 5).Conclu- sion:The method of HPLC is simple,precise and reproduciable,conclusion is exact and certain,specificity and reappearation is better,and can be used for determination of Huantian Granules.
