Determination of the Total Flavonoids in Yufengningxin Tablets by UV-Spectrophotometry

目的:测定愈风宁心片中葛根总黄酮的含量,为该药有效部位的质量控制提供方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以葛根素为对照品,对样品进行含量测定。结果:愈风宁心片中葛根总黄酮的含量约为葛根素含量的2倍。结论:愈风宁心片应考虑同时监测葛根素与葛根总黄酮的含量。

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the total flavonoids in Yufengningxin tablets, the method can be helpful in effectively controlling the quality of it.Methods:Determine the contents of the Puerarin in sample by UV-spectrophotometry method.Results:The contents of the total flavonoids in Yufengningxin Tablets are about twice than Puerarin.Conclusion:It should be considered that the contents of the total flavonoids and Puerarin in Yufengningxin tablets.
