摘要 目的:优选超声波法提取核桃仁总鞣质的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交实验法优选超声波提取核桃仁总鞣质的最佳条件,采用EDTA络合滴定法测定含量。结果:最佳工艺为70%丙酮,10倍溶剂量,超声提取60min。结论:该工艺提取核桃仁总鞣质是可行的。 Objective:To optimize the ultrasonic extraction of total tannins in the seed of J.regia.Methods:To optimize the extraction process of total tannins in the seed of J.regia by orthogonal design;the EDTA complexmetric ti- tration was used for the measurement.Results:The best conditions for the extraction process were as followed,the ratio of material to solution as10:1,70%acetone solution,extracting for 60 minutes by ultrasonic wave.Conclusion:It was available to extract total tannins in J.regia.
