HPLC法测定熊胆痔疮膏中牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠的含量

Determination of Sodium Tauroursodeoxy cholic Aeid Content in Xiong danzhichuang Plaster by HPLC Method

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定熊胆痔疮膏中牛磺熊去氧胆酸的含量。方法:选用迪马(钻石)C(18)色谱柱(200mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.03 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(65:30,用磷酸调节pH至4.4),检测波长210 nm,柱温为室温,流速:1.0ml/min。结果:牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠浓度在1.92-24.0μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991)(n=6),平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为0.9%(n=6)。结论:此HPLC法可以用来测定熊胆痔疮膏中牛磺熊去氧胆酸钠的含量。

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of sodium tauroursodeoxycholic acid in Xiongdanzhichuang plaster.Method:The DiamonsillODSC_(18)column(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm))wasused.Themobilephasewasmethanol-0.03mol/LSodium dihydrogen phosphate solution(65:30)(Adjust to pH 4.4 with phosphonic acid).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was210 nm.Result:The linear range of sodium tauroursodeoxycholic acid was 25.2-252μg /ml(r=0.9991)(n=6).The average recovery rate is?98.2% with RSD=1.2%(n=6)。Conclusion:Determination the Content of Sodium Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid in Xiongdanzhichuang Plaster by the HPLC;
