COX-2及COX-2抑制剂对肿瘤防治作用的研究进展

目的:通过大量文献研究可知,COX-2除了在发热、炎症、出凝血机制等过程中发挥着重要的作用,还与肿瘤发生、发展以及转移密切相关,所以本文通过对COX-2在肿瘤中的表达方式及COX-2抑制剂对肿瘤防治作用进行综述,以期为肿瘤的防治找到更加有效的新疗法。
