目的:野西瓜是山柑科的一种,主要成分为挥发油、生物碱、萜类、黄酮类、甾体类、脂肪酸类、糖和苷类等,在我国及许多国家被广泛用作的驱虫药、利尿剂、通便剂、止痛剂和滋补剂,具有清热去湿、抗炎止痛、止咳利尿、免疫调节、抗病毒、清除自由基、降血糖、驱虫等药理作用,近年来研究还表明野西瓜还具有一定的抗肿瘤作用,有较高的药用开发价值和应用前景。本文对近年来有关该植物的药理作用和临床应用的研究进展进行综述,以便于今后对其作进一步研究、开发与利用。

Objective:Capparis spinosa.L is a kind of Capparidaceae, volatile oils, alkaloids, terpenoids, flavonoids, steroids, fatty-acids, saccharides and glycosides are the main components of it. Capparis spinosa.L is widely used in China and many countries for anthelmintic, diuretic, laxative, analgesic and tonic. It has so many pharmacological effect like anti-inflammatory, anti-arthritic, antibacterial, antitussive, scavenging free radical, immunomodulatory, hypoglycemic, deworming etc. Recent studies show that it also has anti-tumor effect. So it has wide medicinal value and application prospect. This article summarize the recent research progress on pharmacological action and clinical application of capparis spinosa.L to facilitate its further research , utilization and development in the future.
