HPLC法测定牛黄清胃丸中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Niuhuangqingwei Pill by HPLC

目的:建立牛黄清胃丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,检测波长:280nm;流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2);柱温:35℃;流速:1.0mL·min-1。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.0612μg^0.6121μg之间与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999996);平均回收率98.58%,RSD=0.88%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,准确性好,可以作为牛黄清胃丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。

Objective:To establish a method for determination of Baicalin in Niuhuangqingwei pill. Methods:The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-H2O-H3PO4(47:53:0.2). The Symmetry C18 column was adopted with CH3OH-H2O-H3PO4(47:53:0.2)as mobile phase at aflow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the temperature was 35℃and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results:The linear range of imperatoin was 0.0612μg^0.6121μg (r=0.9998)and the average recovery of Baicalin was 98.58%,RSD=0.88%(n=6). Conclu-sion:The method was simple and highly accurate,and it was applicable for the quality control of Baicalin of Niuhuangqingwei pill.
