摘要
目的:进行小陷胸汤煎煮传统工艺与现代工艺的对比研究。方法:对传统制法与现代分煎、合煎提取方法进行了实验考察,以出膏率、浸出物、总皂苷、总碱含量为指标。结果:对比结果表明现代分煎方法科学可行。
Objective: Xiaoxianxiongtang decoction of the comparison of the traditional craft and modern technology. Method:The traditions and modern separated decoctions, combined decoctions extraction method has carried on the experiment investigation. The measurement indicators are extract rate, extract, total saponins and total alkali content . Result:Comparison results show that the modern separated decoctions method is scientific and feasible.
