摘要 目的:探讨不同粒度的甘露醇对于直接压片产品的影响。方法:以氯雷他定为模型药物,分别考察了甘露醇100SD和200SD的混合粉体学特点以及压片过程中饲料器物料,模孔内的物料,片子以及内槽物料的含量。结果:由于甘露醇100SD的粒径相对较小,比表面积较大,混合粉体的流动性相对甘露醇200SD稍差;甘露醇200SD与主药在粒径上较大的差异引起了混合粉体在饲料器和料斗内的分层。结论:不同粒度的甘露醇在混合和压片过程中表现出了不同的特性。 Objective: Evaluation of different particle size Mannitol for direct compression. Methods: Use Loratadine as model drug to evaluate micromeritic properties and assay of rotor materials, die materials, tablets and inner groove materials with mixtures of Mannitol 100SD and 200SD. Results:Mannitol 100SD has smaller particle size and bigger specific surface area compared with Man-nitol 200SD resulting in slightly worse on flow ability;significant differences on particle size between active ingredient and Mannitol 200SD results in assay segregation at rotor and hopper. Conclusion:different particle size of Mannitol during mixing and compression shows different properties.
