Determination of Loganin from Yishen Capsule by HPLC

目的:HPLC法测定益肾胶囊中马钱苷的含量。方法:色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为填充剂;流动相:乙腈—水(14:86),检测波长为238nm;流速为1.0ml/min。结果:马钱苷线性范围5.17~51.68μg/ml,平均回收率为99.88%,RSD为0.4%。结论:方法简便,结果准确。能有效控制益肾胶囊中马钱苷的质量。

Objective:To determine the content of Loganin by HPLC in Yishen Capsule. Methods:The determination was carried out with Agilent C-18column. The mobile phase was consisted of CH3CN-H2O (14:86). The flow rate was 1ml/min and the detective wavelength was at 238nm. Results:The content of Loganin can be determined by HPLC. The linear concentration range was 5.17~51.68μg/ml. The average recoveries was 99.88%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Yishen Capsule.
