HPLC法测定心乐片中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

Determination of the Content of Tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Xinle Tablets by HPLC

目的:用HPLC法测定心乐片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法:采用Hypersil ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇—水(75︰25)为流动相,检测波长为270nm,流速为1m L·min-1,进样量为10μL。结果:丹参酮ⅡA浓度在25.2~100.8μg·m L-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.85%(n=6),RSD为1.47%。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,适用于该产品的质量检测。

Objective: HPLC method was used to detect the content of Tanshinone ⅡAin Xinle tablets. Method: Hypersil ODS C18 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used,the mobile phase was consisted of Methanol-water(75︰25)with UV detection wavelength at 270 nm,flow rate is 1m L·min-1,Sample size is 10μL. Result: The calibration curve was in good linearity between the score of peak area and concentration over the range of 25.2~100.8μg·m L(r=0.9998),the average recoverey was 99.85%(n=6),RSD was 1.47%.Conclusion: This method is accurate、reliable、specific and reproducible,reliable to detect the content and is suitable to control the quality of Xinle tablets.
