摘要 制备一种温敏性凝胶型防晒化妆品并建立质量标准。方法:以parsol 1789(丁基甲氧基二苯酰甲烷),parsol 5000(3-4-甲基亚苄基樟脑)和parsol MCX(甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯)等为吸光剂,以纳米二氧化钛为屏蔽剂,以壳聚糖透明质酸温敏性水凝胶、二甲基硅油、十二烷基硫酸钠等为基质成分制备防晒化妆品,建立性状、p H、皮肤刺激性、稳定性、含量测定等质量标准。结果:制备的温敏性凝胶型防晒化妆品质地细腻,涂展性、稳定性良好、家兔试验无不良刺激反应;以HPLC法测定parsol 1789含量,在0.32256-1.6128μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.93%,RSD=0.42%;SPF值测定结果均为25以上。结论:该温敏性凝胶型防晒化妆品制剂工艺可行,质量可控。 To esterblish the Preparation technology of a temperature sensitive gel type sunscreen cosmetics and the establishment of quality standard. Methods: The parsol 1789(butyl methoxy-dibenzoyl methane), Parsol 5000 [3-(4'- methyl benzylidene)-d-1-camphor) and parsol MCX(octyl methoxycinnamate) were used as UV absorption, nano-titanium dioxide was used as shielding agents,chitosan hyaluronic acid temperature sensitive hydrogel, dimethyl silicone,twelve sodium dodecyl were used to made sunscreen cream.The quality standard include characters, p H, skin irritation, stability, content determination were established. Results: The prepared sunscreen cosmetics not only has good malleability and stability,but also has no stimulus response in domestic rabbit.The content of parsol 1789 was determined by HPLC with the good liner range was 0.32256-1.6128μg,(r=0.999 8,the average recovery was 98.93%, RSD = 0.42%.All the SPF of the cosmetics over 25. Conclusion: The preparation technology was feasible,the quality was controllable.
