蔡元培女子教育思想探析

蔡元培在他一生的教育主张中都强调重视女子教育,提高女子的独立性与社会地位。在接受了西方教育思想和对封建主义下的女子地位和教育的反思之后提倡要进行女子教育,他不仅在小学方面实行男女同校,还主张建立女子学校,形成女子独立完全人格,改变封建主义下的男女不平等,女子依赖等恶习,提高整体教育质量,促进国家教育发展,这些思想及举措对当今社会培养学生全面发展具有指导意义。

Cai Yuanpei emphasized the importance of women education in his whole life, and improved the independence and social status of women. After receiving western educational thought and re?ection on the status and education of women under feudalism, he advocated that the women should be educated.He not only carried out coeducation in primary schools, but also advocated the establishment of girls’ schools and the formation of independent women, and complete personality. In order to change the malevolent habits of men and women under feudalism,to improve the quality of education as a whole and to promote the development of national education, these thoughts and measures are of guiding signi?cance to the cultivation of students all-round development in today’s society.
