浅谈PCK理论下青少年校园足球训练设计的因素

摘要 教练员的艺术就是把概念性的知识在训练中转变成实践,设计并执行有效地训练课。基于PCK的理论,本文从教练员制定一堂训练课设计需要考虑的因素入手,将训练目的、训练内容、训练对象、训练环境、训练方法、组织与安排等六个方面进行分析,结合笔者自身训练实践提出建议,探讨训练设计的提升可能性,以期为进一步促进校园足球教育活动在青少年中普及和训练成绩的提高提供有效借鉴。
