摘要
本文以某型起动机涡轮叶片为例,通过对其工艺难点分析、切削参数选择、数控程序优化、完善测量等方面的探讨,解决了高精度整体空间涡轮叶片的加工难题,为类似零件的加工提供技术借鉴。
Taking the turbine blade of a certain type of starter as an example, the processing problems of high precision integral space turbine blade were solved through the analysis of its technological difficulties, the selection of cutting parameters, the optimization of numerical control program and the improvement of measurement, which can provide technical reference for the processing of similar parts.
