运载火箭铆接舱段单元制造模式研究 被引量:6

Research on Cell Production Mode of Launch Vehicle Riveting Cabin

摘要 针对运载火箭箭体结构铆接舱段的装配,开展单元化制造模式研究。通过对产品结构特点及典型工艺流程的分析完成单元构建及资源配置。考虑到产品对象多品种、小批量的特点,采用成组局部的形式完成了单元布局的优化。经装配车间生产验证,生产效率及产品质量显著提高。 Aiming at the assembly of launch vehicle riveting cabins,the research of cell production mode was focused on.Based on the analysis of product structure and typical process,a method of cell formation is put forward.Considering the characteristics of Multi-Specification&Small-Batch,the method of group technology is applied in the process of cell layout.The method was validated through an application case.
