摘要
文章以焊接变形导致壳体装卸困难为背景,通过分析壳体的结构和焊接变形特点,以焊接变形数据为基础,运用反变形焊接原理,反复调试,获得了一整套半开口状薄壁环体焊接变形控制技术,成功解决了薄壁大孔壳体的窄间隙配合装卸难题。
Based on the background of assembling and disassembling difficulties caused by welding deformation,through analyzing the shell structure and welding deformation,on the basis of welding deformation data,using the principle of anti-deformation welding was used with debugging repeatedly,a set of half-open thin-wall ring welding deformation control technology was obtained,The thin-wall macroporous shell of narrow clearance fit assembling and disassembling problems was solved.
