摘要
目的通过对健康体检者疾病谱和年龄构成等的分析为医疗保健工作提供依据。方法对2011—2013年度945例健康体检结果进行统计分析,疾病分类诊断严格按照国际疾病分类-10为标准。结果前5位疾病依次为脂肪肝(41.3%)、高脂血症(39.2%)、高血压(31.4%)、眼底动脉硬化(27.3%)、糖尿病(17.8%)。结论脂肪肝、高血脂、高血压、眼底动脉硬化和糖尿病是对被检人群构成健康危害的主要疾病,加强这些疾病的预防和治疗是做好预防保健工作的重点。
Objective To proide the evidence of health care by analysis disease spectrum and age composition in health examination people .Methods The data of 945 cases of health exami-nation was statistically analyzed.Diseases diagnosis followed by ICD-10.Results The top 5 inci-dence of the diseases were: fatty liver disease (41.3%), hyperlipidemia (39.2%), hypertension (31.4%), fundus oculi arteriosclerosis (27.3%), and diabetes mellitus (17.8).Conclusion Strengthening the prevention and treatment of these diseases and minimizing the incidence of these diseases were the focus of the health care .
