摘要
Yes相关蛋白(Yes-associated protein,YAP)是Hippo信号通路最主要的调控因子,具有促进细胞增殖、抑制细胞凋亡的作用。在人类乳腺癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、卵巢癌等多种肿瘤中YAP表达明显上调。而在另一方面,当DNA损伤时,作为转录辅助激活因子的YAP增强p73相关凋亡基因的转录,具有促进凋亡作用。在细胞内环境的维持与调控过程中,YAP所发挥的作用截然不同。本文主要介绍Hippo信号通路、YAP、p73在恶性肿瘤中的作用,以及YAP与p73在肿瘤细胞中的具体调控机制和作用。
Yes-associated protein ( YAP ) is a major regulator of Hippo signal pathway , which can promote cell proliferation and inhibit apoptosis .YAP expressed in many malignant tumor , such as breast cancer , lung cancer , colon cancer , stomach cancer and ovarian cancer , and it was significantly up-regulated .On the other hand , as a transcriptional co-activator ,YAP enhanced tran-scription of p73 to promote the cell apoptosis when DNA damaged .The process of preserve and regu-lating the intracellular environment , YAP bring into the different play .In this review , we will briefly discuss the action of Hippo pathway , YAP and p73 in malignant tumors , the specific regulatory mechanisms and the function of YAP and p 73 in tumor development .
