摘要
微种植体支抗系统术式简单、植入部位灵活、效果稳定确切,且不依赖于患者的合作,因此受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。微种植体具有广阔的应用前景,但是其与骨结合的生物力学相关文献仍然非常有限。本文从生物力学角度对不同植入术式、加载时间、种植部位以及角度和深度方面,分析对微种植体骨界面愈合产生的影响,并展望微种植体在今后的研究趋势。
Due to its simple operation , flexible embedded parts , effect of stable precise and in dependent of patient′s cooperation , the micro-implant system received widely attention at home and abroad .Although many clinical studies shown micro-implant had broad application prospects , but the bone biomechanics related literature is still limited .From the perspective of biomechanics this review is to study the different implantation type , the loading time , planting area , angle and depth for micro-implant bone interface healing effecs , and to prospect the micro-implant′s future de-velopment .
