This paper presents the whole process , all elements, simulation, assembly line style of qualification examination mode before taking the job .To improve quality and efficiency of the exa-mination , we need to choose the evaluation of working position , perfect the theory test set , expand the number of examination questions , increase the project of practice examination , and collect dis-cussion assessment standard before the examination .The practical examination completely accords to the normal work process .The elements of examination include:personal protection measures , collec-ting and receiving specimens , specimen pretreatment , operation , trouble shooting , microscopic examination , preparation of special reagents , review and issue the inspection report , sample overflow , clinical critical value report , clinical consultation , and various records .Using the streamlined way to improve the assessment efficiency , strictly enforce the examination discipline to ensure fair , evaluate the assessment to ensure the quality , to promote continuous improvement by timely feedback .The standards of the assessment model becomes more detailed and unified ,more comprehensive and ob-jective .Results is more easier to be compared .It can improve the efficiency of the assessment quality .
