肺癌化疗疗效差异与肿瘤的耐药密切相关,目前研究认为多种基因及分子通路参与调控肺癌细胞对化疗药物的耐药性。对肺癌耐药分子标志物的研究可预测药物治疗敏感性,对肺癌耐药的反转研究有重要意义。

Lung cancer chemotherapy curative effects are closely associated with drug resistance of tumor. Current research suggests that multiple genes and molecular pathways are involved in regulation of chemotherapy drug resistance of lung cancer cells. The study of molecular markers in lung cancer drug resistance can predict medication sensitivity,which has important significance to research on lung cancer drug resistance reversal.
