摘要
近年来,随着远程缺血预处理(remote ischemic preconditioning,RIPC)的心肌保护作用及机制研究的不断深入,RIPC对心肌保护作用的临床意义也逐渐受到重视。为此,作者就RIPC对心肌保护作用及其可能的机制研究进展作一综述。
In recent years, with the deepening study of remote ischemic preconditioning on myocardial protection and its mechanism , the clinical significance of RIPC has gradually got more attention .Therefore , remote ischemic preconditioning and its mechanism of progress possible myo-cardial protection are reviewed here .
