摘要
从神经解剖学、病理生理学、影像学及组织病理学方面探讨非酮症高血糖性舞蹈症的发病机制。回顾性分析国内外文献报道的非酮症高血糖性舞蹈症患者临床资料。该病发病机制尚未明确,已知有多方面因素参与发病。非酮症高血糖性舞蹈症多发于有高血糖的亚洲女性,伴随头颅MRI基底节区T1可逆性的高信号,预后良好。
From neuroanatomy,pathophysiology,imageology and histopathology perspective,pathogenesis of non-ketotic hyperglycemic chorea-ballism is explored. Clinical data from literatures of non-ketotic hyperglycemic chorea-ballism are analyzed retrospectively. The disease mechanisms are not yet clear. It is known that there are many factors involved in the pathogenesis. Non-ketotic hyperglycemic chorea-ballism mainly affects Asian women with hyperglycemia. MRI T1 shows reversible high signals in basal ganglia region. The prognosis of this condition is good.
