摘要
标准化、高质量的生物样本库是实现转化医学与精准医学的重要源头与关键环节之一,制定标准化的样本库流程是将来如何正确使用与共享这个资源的根本保证。作者从样本的审查、采集、处理、保存、质量管理和信息化管理方面进行综述,以期促进生物样本库的标准化建设。
Standardization and high quality biobank is one of the important sources and key links in the realization of translational medicine and precision medicine. So develop the standardized biobank processes is the basic guarantee of how to use and share the resources in the future. In order to promote the standardization of biobank,this paper summarizes the review,collection,processing,storage,quality management,information management and other aspects of the samples.
