Using SWOT model to analyze the situation about key clinical specialty construction in a Beijing district

目的探讨北京市某区级21项临床重点专科建设项目医院现状、专科特色和分布情况等。方法用态势分析法对各专科的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析。结果通过分析,优势和机会大于劣势和威胁,改善了医疗服务能力。结论区级重点专科建设工作中需要在管理理念、科室发展、人才培养、评价指标方面进一步完善。

Objective To discuss key clinical specialty 21 items within a district in Beijing.The background which involves problems in medical system development situation,feature characteristic,assessment method,and distributed situation. Methods By measures of the SWOT model analytical method analyze these problem which include the strength,weakness,opportunity,threats.Results Through the analysis of strength and opportunitities outweigh the weakness and threats,focusing on subject construction to improve the medical service ability. Conclusion We suggest that emphasize the management philosophy,enhance the talent training,perfect system in some ways in evaluation index.
