Application of self-service printing system in medical film and report

目的探讨医用胶片、报告自助打印系统的应用情况。方法医用胶片、报告自助打印系统和图像存储与传输系统/放射学信息系统(piCTure arChiving and CommuniCaTionS SySTem/radiology informaTion SySTem,paCS/riS)连接,将计算机断层扫描图像排版后形成的电子胶片发送至paCS按需打印服务器,医生研究判读图像后书写的电子诊断报告发送至riS服务器内保存,等待与之匹配的信息。患者在医用胶片、报告自助打印系统终端的激光发射口处扫描条码,检索信息发回至paCS按需打印服务器和riS服务器,将保存在服务器中的电子胶片和电子报告按条码信息要求传输到医用胶片、报告自助打印系统的终端,即可按需自助打印胶片与诊断报告。结果 2015年2月2日—2016年6月2日有1.9%出现扫描条形码后不能正常取胶片和报告。医院CT室每天平均工作量200例次,3~4例次不能完成自助打印胶片和报告。结论胶片、诊断报告与条码信息一一对应,杜绝了胶片、报告发放过程中'张冠李戴'现象的发生;同时,也降低了登记台护士和扫描技师的工作强度。

Objective To discuss the application of self-service printing system of medical films and reports. Methods Connect the self-service printing system with the picture archiving and communications system / radiology information system( PACS / RIS) system. Send the electrical films which include of key images of computer tomograph to the PACS self-service printing server on demand. Send the electric diagnostic reports written by Doctors to the RIS server. These data was matched by patient's information automatically. By scanned the patients' bar-code at the laser scan reader,self-service printing terminal gets Patients' index information and send it to the self-service printing server on demand and the RIS server. These servers check this index information in database and send the corresponding electric film and report back to the terminal to print out. Results In June 2,2016 — February 2,2015 1. 9% appear after scanning the bar code can not be normal to take film and report. Hospital CT examination room,the average daily workload of 200 cases,3 to 4cases can not be completed self-service take film and report. Conclusion Films and diagnostic reports are corresponding with patients' barcode information,this automatically matching process decreases wrong match in the process of sending reports. Meanwhile,released the work strength of nurses and technician.
