预警机飞行人员外周血象的调查分析

The survey of peripheral blood status in early warning aircraft pilots

目的调查预警机飞行人员外周血象及影响因素。方法对2013年10月—2014年6月来我院健康体检的预警机飞行人员52名及运输机飞行人员78名的外周血象进行统计分析。结果预警机飞行人员外周血象绝大部分都在正常参考范围内,白细胞计数均值低于运输机飞行人员;红细胞计数、血红蛋白均值高于运输机飞行人员。结论预警机雷达辐射对飞行人员的外周血象有一定影响。

Objective To investigate the peripheral blood status and influencing factors of the pilots in early warning aircraft. Methods From October 2013 to June 2014,52 patients of early warning aircraft and 78 cases of transport plane attendant in our hospital were analyzed statistically.Results Most of the peripheral blood samples of the early warning aircraft were within the normal range; the mean value of white blood cells was lower than that of the transport aircraft; the mean value of red blood cells and hemoglobin was higher than that of the transport aircraft. Conclusion Radar radiation of early warning aircraft has a certain influence on the peripheral blood of the pilots.
