The design of medical geographic information system for “the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road”

为"21世纪海上丝绸之路"提供医学地理信息技术支持,以地理信息系统、计算机技术、网络通信技术为支撑,以数据库为核心,采用网络地理信息系统技术进行模块化设计。本系统具有遇险船只救援及落水人员搜救、卫生防疫、药材补给和伤病员医疗后送辅助决策的功能,能实现对"21世纪海上丝绸之路"沿线国家和地区医学地理信息的综合利用。

To provide technology support of medical geographic information for 'the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road'. With the support of geographic information system( GIS),computer technology,network communication technology and database as the core,the system is designed by using Web GIS technology and modular method. This system has the functions of rescue for ships and men in distress,epidemic prevention,health supplies and medical evacuation for patients. It can realize the comprehensive utilization of the medical geographic information of countries and regions along 'the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road'.
