摘要 国际龋病检查和评估系统-Ⅱ是一种全新的龋病检测和评估标准,它将龋病发展的全部过程进行了详细的分期,尤其是对尚未形成龋洞的早期釉质龋方面。现已有充足的证据支持该系统的有效性和实用性作者对国际龋病检查和评估系统-Ⅱ背景、他用方法和校准及应用前景作一综述。 International Caries Detection and Assessment System-Ⅱ(ICDAS-Ⅱ) is a new caries detection and assessment system.It carried out a detailed stage of the development process of dental caries,especially non-cavitated caries lesions were classified in details.Now there is ample evidence to support the effectiveness and praclicalily of JCDAS- Ⅱ.This article will make a review about the background,using methods,calibration and application prospects of ICDAS-Ⅱ.
