大数据时代的到来对生物医学研究产生了重大影响。中医诊断是中医理论和临床研究的核心与关键。作者从大数据与中医诊断、大数据在中医诊断中应用的可行性(中医四诊客观化、中医证候标准、证候类型与实验指标关系和指导临床治疗)等方面进行概述,认为中医诊断中计量诊断及多元统计方法量化的各项指标是构成大数据的基本元素,大数据的应用是中医诊断客观化和证候标准化的推动力。

The arrival of the era of big data has a significant impact on biomedical research.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) diagnosis is the core and key of TCM theory and clinical research.The auther summarizes the big data and TCM diagnosis,feasibility of the application of big date in TCM diagnosis(the objective study of TCM four diagnostic methods,to investigate the syndrome criteria,the relationship between the syndrome type and the experimental index,and clinical treatment of TCM).It is believed that the quantitative diagnosis of TCM syndromes and the quantification of multivariate statistical methods are the basic elements for the formation of large data.The application of big data is the driving force of objectification and standardization of TCM diagnosis.
