摘要
针对云南澜沧县某铅锌硫化矿石特点,进行了抑锌浮铅优先浮选工艺研究。结果表明:在磨矿细度-0. 074 mm占80%及最佳药剂制度条件下,采用一次快速浮选及先浮铅再浮锌工艺流程,可获得Pb品位66. 49%、Zn品位1. 56%、铅回收率89. 04%的铅精矿,以及Zn品位46. 45%、Pb品位3. 45%、锌回收率92. 20%的锌精矿,铅、锌得到较好回收。
Based on the properties of the lead-zinc sulfide ore from Lancang,the preferential flotation for lead while suppressing zinc is studied. The results show that when the grinding fineness is 80 %-0. 074 mm and the reagent regime is optimum,the process of once fast flotation and preferential flotation for lead while suppressing zinc can obtain the lead concentrate with Pb grade 66. 49 %,Zn grade 1. 56 % and lead recovery rate 89. 04 %,and the zinc concentrate with Zn grade 46. 45 %,Pb grade 3. 45 % and zinc recovery rate 92. 20 %. The lead and zinc are both recovered in a good way.
