摘要
通过讨论影响摩托车骑乘舒适性的主要因素,对车体后三角形的受力情况进行分析,找出了减振器和后臂的受力大小与后臂安装倾角的关系。提出了通过改变后臂的安装倾角来改变后三角形的形状,使减振器的压缩力随负荷的不同其变化接近理想状态,从而使摩托车在不同负荷下都可获得最佳舒适性。
Through discussing the main factor which can affect the ride comfort of motorcycle,a test concerning the stressed state of the rear-triangle of bodywork is made,finding out the relationship between the force of shock absorber and rear-arm and the mounting obliquity of the rear-arm.At the same time this test also shows that,if the obliquity of the rear-arm and thereby the configuration of rear-triangle are changed,and the compressive force is made close to an ideal state with different loads,an optimum result of ride comfort at different loading conditions can be obtained.
