摘要
20 0 1年 9月自浙江省宁波市西沪港海区网箱养鱼场养殖黑鲷濒死鱼体内分离到 1株细菌 ,经人工感染试验证明是黑鲷幼鱼腹水病病原菌。其主要特征为 :革兰氏染色阴性 ,短杆状 ,极生单鞭毛 ,氧化酶阳性 ,发酵葡萄糖产酸不产气 ,经 SWF(A )系统鉴定为拟态弧菌。该菌株对磺胺甲基异恶唑、呋喃妥因、复方新诺明、氯霉素、头孢孟多、丙氟哌酸等药物敏感。
A strain of bacterium was isolated from the dis eased Sparus macrocephelus supplied by xihu harbor fishery farms,Ningbo,Zhej iang Province in Sept 2001.It was proved to be a pathogen of Sparus macrocephe lus by artificial infection tests.This strain is characterized by shape of sho rt rod,Gram-negative,single polar flagellum,oxidase-positive,produce acid and not produce gas from glucose.It was identified to be a strain of Vibrio mimicu s by SWF(A) system.This strain was proved to be sensitive to sulfamethoxazole, furantoin,chloramphenicol,cefamandale,ciprofloxacin,etc.
