摘要
40 0只 1日龄 AA肉鸡 ,14日龄时保优淘弱 ,随机分群 ,其中 10 0只为正常温度 (2 0℃ )对照组 ,15 0只为低温(11℃ )试验组 ,10 0只为低温 (11℃ )试验鸡日粮添加 1%L -精氨酸组 ,用单因子低温诱发肉鸡腹水综合征 ,于不同时间分别用红细胞压积、心脏指数、腹水和心电图的各导联波幅变化判定肉鸡腹水综合征。结果表明 :环境温度为 11℃时 ,低温试验组肉鸡复制出腹水综合征模型 ,腹水综合征发生率为 9.33%、心脏指数 (RV/ TV)为 15 .3%(>0 .2 5 )、红细胞压积 (PCV)为 2 1.33%(>36 %)、心电图 导联 S波振幅为 0 .39m V和净增重为 0 .0 9kg,均显著地高 (低 )于正常对照组 (3%、4%、10 %、0 .0 8m V、0 .5 2 kg) (P<0 .0 1)。日粮添加 1%L-精氨酸的低温试验肉鸡腹水综合征发生率为 3%、心脏指数为 9%、PCV为 12 %、心电图 导联 S波振幅为 0 .17m V、净增重为 0 .5 2 kg,与低温试验组比较 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) ;与对照组比较 ,差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,说明 L -精氨酸能够增加肉鸡体重、降低腹水综合征的发生。
A flock of AA breed chickens were reared in pet erstme brood-vait chamber using high energy pelleted feed,at 14 d of age,400 bi rds were seperated into 3 groups randomly as follows:100 birds were exposed to n ormal ambient(20℃) temperature as control group,150 birds were exposed to low a mbient(11℃) temperature in order to induce ascites as treatment Ⅰ group,anothe r 100 birds were also exposed to low ambient(11℃) temperature and fed the diets containing 1% L-arginine for ascitic prophylactic treatment as treatment Ⅱ gr oup.In the present study,packed cell volume(PCV),RV/TV ratio,ascites incidence,a n d electrocardiography(ECG) amplitude and body weight serve as reliable indicator s.It was found that ascites incidence,right ventricular hypertrophy ratio(RV/TV r atio),PCV,ECG amplitude and net weight gain in treatment group Ⅰ were 9.33%,15 . 3%(>0.25),21.33%(>36%),0.39 mV and 0.52 kg,respectively,instead,the control grou p were 3%,4%,10%,0.08 mV and 0.09 kg.They were significantly higher for the tr ea tment Ⅰ group than the control group(P<0.01).Meanwhile,the ascites inciden c e,RV/TV ratio,PCV,ECG amplitude and net weight gain in L-arginine group wer e 3% ,9%,12%,0.17 mV and 0.52 kg,respectively.It was significantly lower than the tr eatment Ⅰ group(P<0.01),and insignificantly different with the control gro u p(P>0.05).These experiments demonstrated that supplement with L-argini ne reduced the ascites incidence and increased the body weight gain.
