Comprehensive Anticorrosion Technology of Tide Lock concrete at Coastal Area

针对江苏省淮海农场挡潮闸地处沿海的特点 ,以防止混凝土碳化、防止混凝土受海洋中氯离子侵蚀、提高混凝土防腐性能及保证建筑物的耐久性为目的 ,在挡潮闸的防腐处理中 ,我们采用了补偿收缩水泥砂浆喷涂、钢筋混凝土防腐“双掺”、混凝土的防腐“外涂”、UEA型混凝土膨胀剂等多种新技术、新材料 。

In the light of the characteristics that Jiangsu Provincial Huaihai Farm located at coastal area, for the purpose of preventing concrete carbonization and cholrion erosion, and improving anticorrosion property of concrete and guaranteeing the durability of buildings, many new technology and new materials such as compensating shrinking cement mortar spraying, 'double admixtures' for reinforced concrete anticorrosion, 'outer coating' for concrete anticorrosion, UEA-type concrete expansion agent, etc. were adopted and achieved good effects.
