摘要
为了在铝合金热处理时使用聚合物淬火剂,对Aquatensid BW聚合物淬火剂进行了工艺试验:测定了冷却速度曲线、电导率、机械性能和冶金性能等,试验为正确使用聚合物淬火剂提供了依据,并在此基础上对6061铝合金零件进行了试生产。
For using the polymer quenchant during the heat treatment of aluminum alloy,several tests of the polymer quenchant of Aquatensid BW are conducted,including the measurement of cooling rate curve,conductivity,mechanical properties and metal-lurgy properties,etc.The results provide a guideline to choose polymer quenchant,and on this basis Aquaten-sid BW is used in the heat treatment of 6061 Alu-minum Alloy parts.
