Low-Power YAG Laser Welding Process Under Vacuum Condition

摘要 研究了不同真空度条件下用低功率YAG激光焊接304不锈钢的情况。为证实真空度对等离子体的抑制作用,分别对不同真空度下能量输入以及焊接速度对焊缝熔深的影响做了系统的分析;对比了真空和大气中获得的焊缝表面宏观形貌,分别做了金相显微组织分析和显微硬度测量。 The characteristics of using lowpower YAG laser welding 304 stainless steel under different vacuum degree are investigated. In order to confirm that vacuum condition can restrain plasma effectively, the effect of welding speed and energy input on welding penetration are analyzed. Macroappearances of the seam welded under different vacuum conditions are compared, and the microstructure as well as microhardness are tested.
