摘要
燃烧室短管原设计采用氩弧焊4点焊接,由于短管尺寸小、数量多,氩弧焊焊点在使用过程中容易开裂,造成短管脱落,影响发动机的正常使用。为了解决燃烧室短管的连接强度问题,研究了短管的电子束焊接工艺方法,解决了短管装配定位、焊缝成形差、内部缺陷多等问题,通过电子束流的快速偏转焊接,有效提高了焊缝的质量和焊接的效率。
The original design of combustion chamber stub adopts four points arc welding.Because stub is short and there are many of them,argon arc welding points easily crack in use,causing stub to fall off,therefore impact the normal operation of the engine.In order to solve the problem of connecting strength of combustion chamber stub,electron beam welding is studied to solve the problems of assembly positioning of stub,poor weld formation and internal defects.Weld quality and welding efficiency are improved by means of expeditious deflection of the electron beam welding.
