摘要
直升机铝合金零件的加工工艺,对于高强度、难成形的材料可采用高温热成形方法,拟改善淬火强化后直接成形材料的加工工艺,介绍了不改变材料内部组织结构的低温热成形工艺以及在国产铝合金LC4中的应用。该加工工艺可在淬火时效后的硬状态直接成形,避免了淬火变形后的校形工序,对国产铝合金零件成形有较大的实用价值。
The processing technology of aluminum alloy helicopter parts can adopt high temperature thermal forming for high strength and difficult-to-form materials.To improve direct forming materials processing technology after quenching strengthen,the low temperature hot forming technology without changing the internal structure materials and the application in domestic LC4 aluminum alloy is introduced.The processing technology can form at hard state of quench aging directly,avoiding the sizing work quenching distortion.It is practically useful for helicopter aluminum alloy part forming.
