螺纹根部圆角滚压强化对螺纹疲劳寿命的影响 被引量:5

摘要 对高强度钢材料0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al螺栓连接件采用螺纹根部圆角滚压强化工艺,在频率140Hz、高载21.09 kN、载荷比R=0.1条件下与车削螺纹对比疲劳寿命。试验结果表明,螺纹根部圆角滚压强化工艺可以大幅提高螺栓螺纹的疲劳寿命。 The rolling strengthening for thread fillet in the thread is used for the bolts which are made of0Cr13Ni8Mo2 Al high-strength steel,the fatigue life is compared with the thread which is formed in turning under condition of frequency of 140 Hz,high-load of 21.09 kN,load-ratio of R=0.1.The consequence turns out that the rolling strengthening for thread fillet in the thread could greatly increase the fatigue life of the bolts and thread.
